Miguel Cruz is a Costa Rican of humble origins and a persevering spirit, whose life has been marked by constant struggle and the firm conviction that hard work is the path to progress. 

He was born in the heart of San José, specifically in Carmen Central, and his formative years were spent in the picturesque Los Ángeles neighborhood of Santo Domingo de Heredia, Costa Rica. 

From an early age, Miguel understood the value of effort and dedication, learning that life demands commitment and that honesty is the cornerstone of earning a living.

With a clear mind and admirable resilience, Miguel has overcome the numerous obstacles life has presented him.

His path has not been easy, and each achievement has been the fruit of unwavering persistence. This tenacity has led him to cross borders and establish residence in the United States, where he currently resides in the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina.

A significant turning point in Miguel's life came with the creation of the film project "Capturados", which catapulted him into a new role: Executive Producer and Actor.

This film venture not only represented an invaluable opportunity but also garnered worldwide recognition, marking an important turning point in his professional career.

In addition to the international awards, Miguel achieved a significant milestone by bringing the film "Capturados" to the big screen at the prestigious Cine Magaly in Costa Rica, marking the film's first international premiere. This event represented an important return to his roots and a recognition of his home country.
